I’m honored you’re here.

If you’re new to my world, my name is Lauren.

For over nine years, I’ve worked with people who are already aware, already sensitive, already awake to something deeper, and who can feel that another layer of themselves is ready to come online. Not someday. Now.

The work I offer now functions as an initiation. This is why I refer to my work as an experience. What happens here is lived, embodied, and integrated. It creates real change that supports your life, your work, and the role you are here to play.

This experience is designed to bring you back into contact with your own inner architecture. The place where your body remembers. Where your system reorganizes. Where your next level of identity becomes accessible and active.

Element⁵ is an invitation to enter a different internal state of awareness and allow that state to do the work.

Each month, new readings and new rituals will happen inside the space! There is also a temple filled with other rituals, breathwork, meditations, energy healing, soul journeying, coaching and masterclasses to deepen your experience and integrate it all into your everyday life. This is a space for you to return to daily, weekly or monthly for all of your mind, body, spirit and soul needs. This month is Samhain.

You do not need prior experience. You do not need to have a business, a religion or even a spiritual path to experience this.

Just a willingness to slow down, participate, and let your system respond to the sacred codes and wisdom channeled through for you.
