I’m honored you’re here.

If you’re new to my world, my name is Lauren.

For over nine years, I’ve worked with people who are already aware, already sensitive, already awake to something deeper, and who can feel that another layer of themselves is ready to come online. Not someday. Now.

The work I offer now functions as an initiation. This is why I refer to my work as an experience. What happens here is lived, embodied, and integrated. It creates real change that supports your life, your work, and the role you are here to play.

This experience is designed to bring you back into contact with your own inner architecture. The place where your body remembers. Where your system reorganizes. Where your next level of identity becomes accessible and active.

This Rebirth Experience is an invitation to enter a different internal state and allow that state to do the work.

We will move through a short, intentional experience that works directly with your internal rhythm and physiology. The Rebirth guidance will be delivered inside a private video channel so you can move through the experience in your own time.

While this is self paced, I encourage you to give yourself uninterrupted space to fully arrive.

You do not need prior experience.

Just a willingness to slow down, participate, and let your system respond.

All you'll need to prepare is a glass of water and tissues for clearing.

Optional tools: Notebook, candles, crystals, oils, etc if you'd like to create a ceremonial space but it is not required at all.
